Kyle Art - Paragon Realty Partners sold our home in 6 days!!! We OFFICIALLY closed on it this past Thursday. Later that day we turned around and bought our new home...ALL DURING QUARANTINE!!!!! Thanks to Kyle Art both sales were a safe and smooth process. Ill admit, I never thought it would be legal to do a drive thru closing in my car by myself while Jeremy Waits worked the front lines (I asked him to send me a work selfie for the sale ) You would think this would be a chaotic time to buy or sell a but Kyle Art makes it happen! He is motivated, reliable, honest, knowledgeable and has an amazing network of resources. Most importantly he is eager to find exactly what your family desires and does what it takes to get the job done!
