        Love the great service at this location and the staff. Have banked here for a number of years and any issues have been small and immediately addressed. To the staff keep up the great job you do. So nice to say I LOVE MY BANK.

        Decent customer service, but major issues dealing with their 3rd party fraud services. Bank blames the 3rd party, but they are responsible for the customer service and care their clients receive. Tons of problems keeping debit operational. Bank Manager suggested since there are so many problems with fraud on their debit cards to always have multiple credit cards on me.... um no thank you. You can't keep one safe I'm not getting more from you

As you may be aware, banks and credit card companies throughout the U.S. have been fighting unprecedented levels of fraud attempts. Heritage Bank is working hard to block fraud attempts and resolve disputes arising from fraud and scams. Occasionally, we restrict debit cards to protect customers from fraudulent transactions.
