        I have a BMW and someone pushed the tow hook cover and the sensor on front bumper. BMW Cincy said $600 and would have to remove front bumper. Littletons fixed in less than a day and his charges were more than reasonable. Littletons has been around for years and has always had an exceptional reputation. They have my business.

      Doug, I apologize for our lack of communication. We have been very busy and we are a small business. I try to keep up with all customers the best I can, however I, like everyone else, am not perfect. If you knew and understood this business and all of the behind the scenes work that takes place you may be a little more forgiving. Your statement "For rich people only" is not only repulsive, but unfair and couldn't be further from the truth. I sure hope no one judges you as you have judged us. We all make mistakes.
