I am going on living here for 5 years. The property used to be good when Sarah was here. Worst customer service known to man. District Manager, Kim, dodges calls. They do not care about their residents. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

To your (owner) response: You had multiple opportunities to resolve all issues, but you did fail to do so. Terrible management and staff. SUGGESTION for the OWNER is to change management, including the leasing staff, and make The Legends a better place to live at and have a better reputation. Residents choose to move as they do not want to deal with the attitude of the 2 women in the office. They would harass residents to the point where they need to get an attorney involved as they would not stop otherwise. This gets a bad reputation for a company; no owners should allow this to happen. Leasing office staff is unfamiliar with effective ways of communication. They yell at children at play & expect respect in exchange, especially Alyssa, who lives at the complex and acting as she owned the place, and can do whatever her family wants to do, including hammering down the side of the building foundation with a pickaxe to plant a few flowers. Her son is a bully telling children they should do as he says, otherwise he will tell his mom to kick them out as she can do that because she works at the office. They do discriminate against disability, race, etc. They do not allow some children of any age to be outside alone, while others can enjoy all amenities whether parents are present or not and whether they are at their best behavior or not. Families are getting the no-renewal notice because their children were playing out on the road and some residents did not like that. Families are getting harassed if their children do not put up with Alyssa's and her sons terrible personality. It is a chaos. They try to impose bogus fees on the monthly rents. Rent must be paid online only for an extra fee - as there were no other way of paying it. Until you buy a cashiers check and pay it with that. Corporate management does not like this and would try to hinder you from doing this. Even maintenance complains about them how incompetent they are. But then some turn around and kiss up to them with the hope for a raise, etc. Especially Joe with the beard. All this creates a toxic environment for residents. They do not have a great way of enforcing pet waste management. Pet waste is all over; they stated it would be picked up if residents leave them behind. Sounded very impressive, but this does not really happen. Maintenance is ever changing, that leaves maintenance requests pending for a long time and then get deleted as if they were completed. With new, more knowledgeable, and caring management, this place could be desirable.
