Kim is extremely unprofessional when it comes to any type of problems, I called her for assistance when it was really needed and she got an attitude and told me to contact her only during business hours and hung up instantly. Like excuse me, are you not the landlord? Youre too good to come by and help your tenants? Not to mention the very weird people that live here makes for an uncomfortable situation any time theyre spotted. Saw a grown man with a sword pretending to kill people and screaming in the parking lot. This was at like 2am btw. Not to mention the same guy banged on my door and told me he was going to kill me for being too loud. And what did Kim do? the only thing shes good for, which is nothing. Same guy said his girlfriend is a sex doll and he killed her with im assuming the same sword he was swinging around at 2am. Weird people, disrespectful landlord, broken things in apartment that are almost impossible to try and fix considering Kims lousy maintenance man/husband doesnt want to do his job and actually come by to fix anything. These are all pre-existing issues that were there BEFORE the move in date, so im not sure why things were broken and run down inside and she thinks its ready to rent out. horrible experience, rent elsewhere

Kim is very unprofessional if you have a problem with anything getting ahold of her is impossible and if she does answer the maintenance man (her husband) comes and looks at the problem for about 20 mins then leaves without fixing it shes just over all rude and hateful do not rent from here!
