Kathleen was amazing to deal with! We bought a house with her in the summer of 2022, when it was a big-time seller's market and, as a buyer, she made us feel like we were the big winners! She took the time to really understand what we were after. She showed us a ton of listings and even made us aware of new listings just before they came on the market so we could be prepared! She was a delight to work with as a liaison between us and the other realtor/seller. She took care of everything. Also, as we were coming from out of town, she shared a ton of local information with us and made us immediately feel like we were home, even beyond the closing!
