Somerset KY is the worst. Warning go somewhere else. The lady with blonde hair( dolly) in frames department rude. From February 20 to April 2nd to get one pair of glasses. Poor customer service, no one takes responsibility for anything. Prescription was wrong one first pair. Came back to fix that, on March 7 glasses were shipped to lab.. it took until March 20 for lab to email store that the frames never came.. it took me calling the store and asking about my glasses to even get that information to be an email response. So it's the labs fault, it's the stores fault.. sooo disappointed. Will never go back. On my first visit coworker was complaining about other coworkers ( she wasn't being treated like the other employees, and wanted to quit.. leaving her station to talk to the blonde lady in frames department for 30 minutes or more about it and how another girl had just quit) and the eye doctor, He was late to work on both days I was there. I felt both times he rushed through my vist. After my 2nd visit to correct my prescription the blonde lady in frames department was MIA. One of the desk ladies had to walk out there as myself and another guy stood waiting this lady went looking for her could not find her came and took my glasses set them in a basket and said everything would be taken care of. Now I'm not sure if this is the reason and delay for me getting my glasses. During my second visit there was a new hire who was completely overwhelmed with his job no one was standing beside him he kept leaving me sitting there as he had to go ask questions. Could not remember his password to get into anything, a total mess. Combination of unprofessional gossip in front of customers and lack of training. This was not my first time visiting a vision works, I was very happy with the other location but not this one. When I tried to call multiple times I was told they could not find me in the system. Even after me confirming the spelling of my name and my date of birth. This place needs help. I will continue to go back to Clarkson even if it's an hour and 45 minutes away.

It was TOO QUICK but thats probably just me. Dont really feel like they can c h eck accurately that fast??? Oh well I can see

Professional, prompt, helpful and kind! They made it easy for me to know what I needed to with my insurance and I was very happy with Visionworks!
