My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home together, and so we contacted Kyle Ball at Republic State Mortgage. Kyle was very professional and very proactive in helping us locking in the lowest interest rate that was available at the time, he worked with us very closely to figure out what type of loan would work best for us, he worked closely with our buyer agent and us when it came to meeting deadlines - keeping us well informed the whole way. I am very grateful and blessed to have of had Kyle on our side when going through this exciting time in our lives. I would recommend home to absolutely anyone! Thanks again, Kyle! I would not recommend this mortgage company to anyone ever! From start to finish nothing but issues. Simple math was a huge problem, poor excuses for mistakes on their end, sending file to a processor the day before her last day of employment, no communication internally, no communication week of closing, and not even a thank you at the end. I will never ever use this company again and you shouldnt either!
