I'm getting the feeling they couldn't care less. These single most disorganized doctor's office I've ever been in. I waited 3 months for an appointment and when it finally came they prescribed testosterone therapy but have failed to make any attempt whatsoever to get a prior authorization from my insurance company for more than two weeks now. My calls are completely ignored. Why did I bother getting the lab work or paying my co-pay for that matter. They just move on to the next person that can skim a few dollars off of. They couldn't care less about your health, it's all about shuffling people through for the money with no follow-up.

Their hours are incorrect. Hours at the clinic and website says 8-4:30 but I guess they close at 4. Maybe those are just there for decoration..

The doctor, himself, is rather conceited, but very good at his job. However the nurse was rude and dismissive. My husband has an undetermined mass in his bladder. This was discovered in June, we have to wait until October to be seen again. My husband is on palliative care and time is of the essence.

I have three UTIs in the last eight weeks. I made an appointment three weeks ago. I am still experiencing pain. Yesterday I received a voice message saying that my appointment, which would have been tomorrow, was cancelled because the doctor would not be available. Horrible.
