        I have stayed several times at Quality Inn in Somerset. The last time, they charged me an extra $100 dollars and did not return it to me. When I called the first time, it is a new thing and will be returned. I just called again as it was not returned and she said there was a note that there were ashes found so no return as I smoked in there. I do not smoke and never have. I stayed with my sister and she does not smoke either. There was no smoking in that room. I am so disappointed and do not recommend that place to anyone. They will charge you extra and not return it.

        The staff was very slow checking us in We got a room with jot tub could not even use it because the water barely got warm and we told the manager her response was well at least the water was a little warm and that was it and fave our deposit back and went out side and smoked a cigarette the room. Was nice and clean.

        Staff was excellent. The clerk checking us in had a lot going on yet when it was our turn she greeted us with a genuine smile. The morning breakfast staff kept the area clean and greeted everyone. The hotel is showing its age and could use some upgrades.
