Very professional. Workers were very friendly and nice. Only complaint I have is the outside unit is too low. It is below ground level and needs to be raised up above ground level. Otherwise I am satisfied. Eppersons immediately corrected the problem with my unit by coming out to put a stand underneath it. I will recommend this company to anyone. They stand behind their work. Excellent company!

UPDATE: Epperson's reached out to me following my review at two stars to setup a fix. They responded to my house within a few hours of the phone call. This time they went under the house to check the heat pump and took the case off the unit beside the house. They checked the freon. It was still holding. They checked the capacitor and found it to be faulty. They told my husband that it would take a while for the air temp to drop to hold off on calling back if it wasn't down quickly. Understandable. Instead of dropping or stabilizing, the temp began to climb two more degrees to 86. He called in and was told they would contact the tech and somebody would call him back. We didn't hear from anybody that night. I called in the next day about the issue. It took a tough conversation about not being willing to pay for a part that was clearly broken or not the problem and another call with a supervisor concerning the bill. They had agreed to return originally without charging the hourly fees and travel as they charged with the first visit. However I needed to pay for the capacitor. As somebody not afraid to learn a new trade. I was about to the point of frustration to get my HVAC certification and bill them for the issue. I was frustrated to say the least. Luckily, I had a work obligation and was gone for the evening. They said they would return to check the system. My husband was home for the visit. While at work I received a text that they found the issue was the capacitor that they put in. They unboxed a new one and changed it. As of right now the temperature is down the lowest it has been in over a week. It is 80 degrees and hopefully still dropping. Should it maintain I will return to increase to four stars for correcting the issue. I understand my unit is 17 years old. From the first phone call I had mentioned doing what was needed, even if it was replacement. My husband asked them on the second visit about a quote for replacement. They said there was a different person who made quotes. I asked the morning I called for the third visit about getting a quote. Thankfully it appears we may have a little life left and can deal with that another day. As a consumer stick to your guns and gut. I don't enjoy being straightforward with others about their job, but I do nothing less than my best for everyone I encounter. Therefore, I expect other professionals to do their best too. OP: We were happy the day of service, the guy was super friendly, but later we found out the solution to add freon isn't a repair as much as a money pit. Less than two weeks later we are sitting in an 84 degree house. Trying to find somebody to guide us to the proper solution for our issue. Be sure to investigate possible issues beforehand to be up to speed before a repairman comes. Too bad it seems one must become an expert themselves on every issue rather and expecting people in various professions to be the experts. That's more of a rant for another day, another place.
