Oxford Apartments

Lived here for a few months, one day while i was out the downstairs toilet leaked all into my living room in which i had to clean up because I couldnt get maintenance to do anything. After a few days the carpet started to smell so my whole apartment and everything in it had a mildew smell to it. I asked the apartment manager to have the carpets cleaned and they send someone out a couple of days later and the cleaners refused to clean the carpets because the apartment complex owed them past due bills. So i ended up moving out because of this issue and later get a bill for the carpet cleaning, which is now on my credit report. Yes rent is cheap but you get what you pay for, poor management.

Good place to live. But all of us as a community make sure it stays nice and drug free. Has small park. New management in past 6 months. Apartments could use some updating especially on carpet. Good maintaince guy. Just wish had more town houses available so we could have more sq. Footage. Over all I've lived here 3 1/2 yrs. and am happy. They r service animal friendly. Apts. Are affordable. Defiantly need washer and dryer hookups for apt. But laundry onsite with 2 washer and 2 dryers.
