Edit:we rented for $525 a month, and it's not worth that let alone the new price tag of its latest listing of $640, slum lords at its finest.
To the reply I got, we have made every single payment on time and have been paying even since our lease has been up because it goes for automatic renewal to a month to month lease. We found out they did not serve what the lease has promised (under multiple circumstances). We certainly have not been living here for free, but go ahead and feel free to refund us the thousands we paid while "not under lease." You all are a joke, and the 1 star review is very generous for what you all have (not) provided. Do not make up lies to look better. Also we've been charged for the full month of October even though your eviction says to the 18th, so throw that onto the total refund.
Go anywhere else. There is zero chance of getting ahold of landlords for anything. Septic pipes burst, and it was never cleaned properly. Literally left for a week before a regular cleaning, and the floor wasn't replaced or anything. Pipes scream anytime they are used, and maintenance doesn't know what they are doing. Don't expect heat (ours is still broken after over a year). The floors aren't set right/coming apart and causing issues. The cheap paint they use has oils coming from it and making everything sticky and nasty. Bugs are an issue (spiders, beetles, silverfish, etc. No cockroaches or bedbugs from what I've seen.) No smoking on the lease. However, everyone still smokes inside. If you're sick or something happens and you don't move your car for more than 2 days, they see on the cameras and will give you a notice that they will tow your car because they think your car isn't working. We've also had maintenance come into our room without approval or notification and still have a leak that hasn't been fixed the 4 times maintance tried to. Windows are broken around the hinges and locks. Doors coming apart with peeling paint that they'll just "landlord special" over. The bathroom door handle wasn't installed properly, and it keeps falling off. You can't use more than a few outlets, or your breaker will flip because it seems nothing is up to code.
