image I just experienced the biggest proof of unprofessionalism I have ever witnessed. The man (that I learned goes by Moose) shows up in questionable clothing and when I open my door his only words were whats the problem, no introduction or greeting. I lead him to my kitchen where he doesnt ask any questions, just goes to get a shop vac. He then proceeds to prop his phone up on my kitchen appliance and puts on a football game full volume, not explaining what hes doing or saying a single word. Due to his phone being so loud he couldnt hear anything I was trying to tell him so we call the company. He gets a call from the woman we spoke to about the issues, hangs up, laughs and puts the game back on and continues doing whatever he was doing. I get more and more uncomfortable by him being there and tell the company we want him to leave. He walks to my door dripping dirty water all over my $2000 brand new rug and slams my door behind him. Through trying to explain the situation to the woman on the phone, she tells me she never has had a complaint with this worker and has no one else to come out to assist us and due to our complaints she doesnt want to put her workers in a bad situation. No apology from the company for this behavior, simply putting the blame on me. Two women alone should NEVER have to experience being this uncomfortable due to a worker and no company should ever be okay with a worker acting this way.

I try not to respond to petty issues. You have made it clear that you are in the judgement business. No one was rude to her, she asked us to leave because of what ever reason she had, we did so and then we still try to help her resolve the issue with her rental company. To which she launched into a tirade of hiring private investigators about having us looked into because we chose to not judge others and give second chances. No one was rude to her or threatened her. In fact she was the one who was rude to me when I was trying to resolve this matter. I do not know how much more a person can ask for, she did not like something about us, ask us to leave and we did.

image The gentleman they sent to my home was consulting google to troubleshoot my issue and even though I sent them all the information for my water heater 4 days prior to my appointment they did not verify that they had the correct parts. When I called the office to find out how long it would take to get the part and let them know how frustrated I was Heather got very defensive and ultimately stated they would not be coming back to my home. Im frustrated that I will not have hot water for longer but Im ok not continuing to do business with this company. I am tired of these trade businesses thinking they can treat people however they want because its a specialized trade. It might be inconvenient but I want people who are professional and care about their customers. I would not recommend this company. I was not given a diagnosis for what was wrong they only brought the part the gas company said was emitting carbon monoxide. That is why I I didnt pay the deductible. During the call Heather wouldnt give me the opportunity to say I would pay when they came back she just went straight to were not coming back. actually dont have any issue with tradesmen this particular person clearly was out of his element if he is asking Google to diagnose the issue which I had already done my self. Its these type of owners that feel like they can treat you poorly because they think they have all the control. Thankfully Louisville is pretty large and there are multiple options to choose from.

I'm sorry you didn't have a positive experience. Sounds like you had a beef with tradesmen to start. Your call came in on a holiday weekend. You're service is through a home warranty company that does not have hours after 5pm weekdays and no weekend/holiday hours. We are required to show up to job sight and diagnose. You have a store brand heater that parts can only be ordered through the manufacturer. It does not matter that you diagnosed it yourself when you had LG&E come check for leaks. We are required to make that conclusion on our own. While we agreed with you that it was most likely the problem it is beyond our control that the part we had in stock did not work for your unit. Our techs are human and do the best they can to resolve the issue on the first visit. It is beyond our control that the part needed for your unit was not in stock locally at the supply houses. You refused to pay your deductible which is what pays us to make the diagnosis. It was then you were told we would not be coming back. You got hateful with the tech and with our office staff. We don't allow our tradesman to be treated that way by any customer.
