        Snakeish person even worse company. I had my grandbabies in town, repair shop needed 3 more days to finish. Allstate refused to extend the car even after enterprise and the repair shop called them and asked. Enterprise gave me the car for free. I see why your company is ranked number 1 as the worst company when it comes to claims. FACTS!!

      I personally did everything I could for you regarding this claim, multiple phone calls on your behalf and when you let me know that you did not receive the settlement check in the mail I offered to have the check mailed to my office so I could hand deliver it to you. The main problem was because the shop YOU chose to do the work could not get it done in a timely manner. In regards to the premium you were owed upon cancelling it was refunded to your bank account the same day you terminated. I wish you well and you will never have to worry about my agency contacting you again.
