        Josh was a lifesaver. We were getting estimates for encapsulating our crawlspace of $12,000 to $25,000. Josh came in at less than half! I was a bit skeptical but we hired Josh and Crawlspace doctor. Not only were they very professional but quick and actually used better quality material than most of the other higher priced companies. Our crawlspace went from a swamp with 90% humidity to a beautiful, clean, dry area with 40% humidity that continues to drop. Don't hesitate to contract with Crawlspace Doctor and Josh. He has old school ethics and workmanship and actually does some of the work himself. Service: Waterproofing
