        I received a bouquet from this florist. And it was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received in my life. It was my daughters birthday and she was no longer with me. She passed away in December of last year. There were lavender roses in there that she occasionally would get from me. and I cannot tell you how special this made me feel. Of course the owner of the business does not know this, but there must have been assigned there. I absolutely love this place and I will always continue to use it now. Thank you for making my day. Happy and sad.

      So sorry you are disappointed, you called at 11am needing an order for the next day, you were advised we were booked up. This business is ran by one person and there are only so many orders that can be filled. We do not want to sacrifice quality over quantity. This would of been explained but you hung up the phone. Since plenty of notice was given that we could not fill the order hopefully one of the surrounding florist can help you.
