Dollar General

I usually love this store but the last two times I was there they had dogs inside. The first time a man was there and had two dogs one was running loose all around the store. Then a guy walked in and had a great big pit bull. He was on a leash but that dog was pulling his owner all over. He was a little scary. This last time I stopped in I got into my car and a couple come in with a big hairy dog. I was glad I was done. I just don't think this is a place for dogs unless they are service dogs and these were not.

I frequent this dollar general because its close to my house. The staff is normally very nice and helpful. Tonight I get there at 9:30 for a quick in and out errand and the doors are locked. The kid behind the counter comes to the door and points at the sign of the store hours. I say the sign says yall close at 10 and he says You too. If yall are closing earlier please put out an updated sign. Just locking the doors before 9:30 and then getting an attitude with customer confusion isnt appropriate.

I dont know much about the place but the cashier working that night blew me away oh my lordy lord, GAH DAYUM give that man a raise

Place is cramped and flood when it rains but staff is nice

This is by far my favorite dollar store in Shepherdsville ... the employees are nice and always helpful, the store is always clean and always stocked, I usually by pass a couple of dollar stores just to go to this one !
