Crume Installations

I find myself pretty handy but I hate the thought of installing dishwashers with the tight spaces, water mixed with electricity. Virgil from Crume Installations came out and installed our new dishwasher with no issues. It felt flawless. He was amazing!!! Virgil was so knowledgeable, helpful, and let me be ultra clear - had the perfect balance of personable yet professional. He gave us personal contact information if we have any problems. I couldn't recommend him enough. 10/10.

Crume worked with me on scheduling, showed up on time and made quick work of removing old and installing new microwave. Max Lilley did the work and I would definitely use them again.

We had a new electric cooktop installed by Alfredo Ramos. He was great with communication and cleaned up after himself.

Crume sent me a text to confirm installation. I responded and even backed it up with a phone call. We were on for 1-4:00 window. At 4:00 I called to make sure they were still coming. Received a text from a guy named Matt that he was running behind about an hour and 1/2. At 6:00 I texted to see if he was near and he said he was packing up his tools and heading my way. At 8:00PM I am still trying to reach him because he has not arrived. Went to voice mail. I left messages and texts. No response. Needless to say, I will be making phone calls in the morning. Having to take off work to be home and now it will be costing me another day off work, I feel like I am due a free installation for stress and anxiety
