Ive been here since November and so far its been a great experience.. It is very quiet in my apartment building and the staff here is very nice and always happy to help you. They go above and beyond with creating activities for the residents to have their own small community.

Its unfortunate how disgusting Thomas Glenn has become. When it first opened it was the place to live in Shepherdsville and kept perfectly clean and maintained - now it looks like Section 8. Since being sold and going through multiple sets of management it has rapidly gone down hill (despite rents being literally double what they used to be). The buildings are filthy. The entrances are filthy and trash is scattered about. The stairs are covered in bird thick piles of excrement from nests not being removed timely (up by the buildings not just the parking lots from the geese). The stairs shake and are unsturdy where the braces havent been tightened - post caps missing and broken. Theres piles of dog feces everywhere (so much for doggy dna). For the insane prices, and how cheap a pressure washer is, there is ZERO reason the property is in such a vile state of disrepair other than laziness and mismanagement. For the same price you might as well live in the brand new luxury apartments in Louisville.

Not even close to being worth the money. Once you move out they hit you with lots of fees and try to get over on you for damage that was existing. dont bother emailing they never respond.
