        Ashlie Williams is very unprofessional. She was falling asleep while doing my taxes. She messed up my taxes. I will never be going to do my taxes with her ever again. Zero stars for her.

        Ashlie Williams is very unprofessional. Very rude. Falls asleep while doing my taxes. Texting on her phone the whole time. She messed up my taxes. She put the wrong account number in for my direct deposit. It was very unprofessional. So now I have to wait two weeks for a check to come in the mail. I am very mad . I will never be going to her ever again.

        Marianne Rucker is the best tax preparer that I have ever been to. She always helps me. Asks questions. Explains things to you. So helpful and very professional. Answers questions. Very respectful. I will miss her next year adverb she retires. I have been going to her for the last 5 years. I had a problem with Ashlie Williams. Marianne helped me out and gave me the number to her boss.

        Ms. Rucker was great. She made filing easy and enjoyable. She was a thoughtful genuine person and dealing with her was amazing. Will surely miss her next year. Oh. No I won't .Will be following her wherever she moves to. Edit: Well luckily Ms. Rucker decided to stay on for this tax season. So I will just say look at my first review and it will be the same for this year. I feel very lucky to have met a professional who cares about the people she helps. A wonderful person.
