The firm sent Josh Greene for the hearing. The Judge said Counsel, what is your theory of disability. Josh rattled off a few facts & legal terms. Basically explained why the government was wrong for denying our case to start with, & how we should be approved. I was honestly shocked because that judge said Mr. Greene, I agree with you & we will get the written decision out as soon as possible. 2+ years of denials & fighting the government but Chermols staff never backed down. Dont hesitate to call them if you need help with a disability claim. Special thanks to Greg Chermol. He is one of the nicest people Ive ever talked to & he called every few weeks to check on us!!! A+
