Had septic tank pumped yesterday. Everything with this company was top notch from my phone call to make the appointment, to the appointment confirmations via text and arrival time notifications via text, to the actual job of septic pump by Tim was spot on. He is very professional, answered all my questions and did a great job. We have used this company a few times over the years for septic inspections as well. Always dependable good service at a competitive price. Definitely recommend.

The BEST septic company !!
I was in need of quick & timely service. Making the appt was a breeze. Office staff friendly & accommodating. On short notice, they came out & pumped our tank prior to expected companys arrival. Will highly recommend Shelby Septic to anyone !!

Weve used Shelby Septic three times in the last decade since buying our home. Theyve always been polite, on time, and fret at communicating. Even though is a dirty job and not very glorious Ive always professional and helpful.
