We purchased a lofted Barn from Built Rite about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Our salesman and owner Jerry, was so knowledgeable and professional. He made the selection process very easy. We were told it may take 4 -6 weeks for delivery, it was only 2 weeks and was delivered yesterday. Shed Taxi delivered and completed the set up and install. They were fast and very professional. We would recommend Built Rite to our friends and family members.

Customer service is terrible and virtually nonexistent. I asked when I first bought, "If I pay cash, will I het good customer service and get anything fixed ifnit is wrong?" I was told, ABSOLUTELY. WRONG.....I recieved my "brand new" 8x8 custom shed with damage. I let the driver k ow and he told me, "that's normal!". I. called and askednto have it fixed, that was 3 months ago. I thought I lost my shed key after having shed for a lil over a week. I am still waiting on my new lock. I recommend not buying from builtriteexpress.com.

Had a shed delivered today by built rite express. It was reasonably priced and is a great quality shed and professional company. Would recommend them to anyone!

Best thing I've spent money on at my off-grid property. I'm a DIYer and trying to have a simple retreat in the woods. But my attempts at making a small building have been questionable and leaky. It's as easy as it seems. Luckily I bought a 14' x 36' cabin style from Built Rite. I still get to DIY stuff like flooring and such (they include a floor but not a finished one which was fine by me) but they save me stress by allowing me to figure stuff with a professional building around me. Its sturdy, its spaceous, its attractive and it came with exceptional value. Delivery was easy, even though they had to navigate a one lane road and then my gravel road through the forest. They got it exactly where I wanted ... two months in now and I've not found a single issue.
