        5 weeks ago I stopped by to inquire about insurance. They gave me zero options. They politely told me to go somewhere else. Today I receive a phone call from Terry. He wanted to talk to me about my Google review. I explained to him what happened. He then called me back an hour later asking me to delete my review! Are you serious? You don't give me the time of day until I leave a review. Pitiful customer service.

      Scott, We take great pride in taking care of our clients and prospective clients. Our staff person met with you and reviewed your auto record and it wasn't eligible for our carriers. She politely gave you suggestions on what steps you could take next. In addition, Terry offered also to quote your home and you declined. He did call to talk about the reason for your review. He asked you to take down the negative review because our agency did everything we could to find a solution for you but based on your record you weren't eligible with our carriers. We did give you the time of day by meeting with you and providing suggestions. We have always worked hard at providing superior customer service. We apologize that your perception of how we handled it was not to your standards.
