Do not buy from Pulti or Centrix. same company. From the unprofessional salesperson, who I recorded every word to the fifth time I have requested a repair from the time I bought the house. These employees hide behind their internet reporting system. IF I. hadn't have to spend the money and get a house I would have waited to find one in a tight market last year. You will not be happy the turn over in this organization says it all. Why would have have to make five requests for a correction on my house. The house look knew but a cheaply build as they use contractors who give them the best big. Messy - slick organization to deal with. Stay away

Do not EVER under ANY circumstances build with Pulte in this neighborhood. If it didnt mean capital gains and a poor housing market, Id sell this house immediately and move. We are 5 months past closing (took 13 months to build) and the issues we still cannot get anyone to resolve are so bad that all I can do is laugh. Broken or missing appliances, broken windows, crooked door frames, doors coming off the hinges, faulty electric work, looks like paint was done by a child, carpet is coming up, vinyl is coming up, chips and holes in baseboards, loose hand railings, giant holes in the ceiling, dead sod, improper yard grading ie: flooding, the list goes on and on. Half of these 5 star reviews are guys who work on the crew. I look around, disgusted by how many problems are not being fixed, on a DAILY basis, and have only heard similar experiences from neighbors. Seriously do not try to convince yourself that your specific experience will be different. It will not. Service: Home building
