UofL Dental - Shelbyville

The absolute worst experience at a dental office I've ever had. Took over a month for my first appointment, just to get argued with by a doctor about my wants and needs with the removal of teeth, then scheduled to have one singular tooth removed, since they didn't listen to first 4 times I stated what I wanted. That appointment was apparently scheduled on a holiday that they waited the entire month to figure out, so they called to reschedule for over another month away instead of working me in on their screw up. Never once offered to get me a closer appointment in. I Do No Recommend!

Dr. Patil and all the staff here are great!! I drive all the way from south Louisville to go to this office and recently had them help me thru the process of getting dentures and theyve been nothing but accommodating and extremely helpful. If I could give them more stars, I would!!

Hands down the best people that work at this dentist office! They treat people so good here. I hate, hate, hate going to the dentist but I feel safe here. If your scared of going to see the dentist try this one out before you let your oral health go. I really wish I had came here a long time ago.

I suffer from extreme dental anxiety, and this office made me feel comfortable. They were very efficient from the phone call, paperwork, x-rays, exam, and cleaning. Dr. Patil examined each of my teeth one by one, making sure everything she discovered was documented. She explained everything as she went, and her discoveries. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic from beginning to end experience! The absolute best Dentist Office I've ever been to. Doctor Mark Vance and his staff are the best I've ever been to. Do yourself a favor and avoid the chains.
