I went through the car wash in a brand new gladiator, paid for the best service $18.00. Got to Walgreens got out and noticed 3 lines on the paasanger side hood. So I started walking around it. Not only were the three lines scratches, the truck was still dirty verry dirty. Then I noticed the paasanger mirror was scratched. I asked them to collapse the mirrors. She only did the driver side. So I went back up there and showed the girl the truck. First she said well we don't keep track of who goes through. I said come on you just talked to me and do you get a lot of black gladiators trimed in purple? So she says she has to go get the manager. She comes back with a camera and says the manger said they would call me and to get photo's. I said What about my 18.00 for a dirty truck and she said you can go back through. No thanks. Blows my mind they didn't stop the machine to see why it was scratching an even 3 lines. So I am sure other vehicles were scratched. The manager never called.
