        Switched to Chase because my auto loan is with them. After a year wanted to refinance only to find out they don't do auto refinance. Gonna close all my accounts and move to another bank.

        Worst bank ever! Been loyal customer and have many loans. Had fraud on card and initially refunded. 60 days later they called and said they wouldnt reimburse.

        We have never had any major problems with our accounts, but communication is not their strong suit. We went with another financial institution for our small business loan because our calls for information went unreturned. Their interest rates on savings accounts are abysmal. Online services are easy to use, so we'll probably keep our checking accounts but definitely need to find greener interest bearing options for savings.
