Blue Compass RV Scottsville

Bought a 2018 avalanche from previous company and swore I would never go back. Blue compass has made a total change of people who now work there. Would highly recommend so far. Great group of people from sales to financing. No pressure to buy. Only complaint is they dont come with tv or ladder to access roof although it is prepped for ladder.

Its important to remember that they are selling you a vehicle. They are going to tell you exactly what you want to hear to get you on buy, but if they dont put it in writing, dont expect them to follow through. For example, when we were looking at the one we bought, I specifically asked the salesman if it had wifi. He said it did. We took it out camping and it didnt. When I asked about it afterwards, the response I got was that sales werent going to make it right, but theyd sell me the stuff for it. Took it back to get the Eco put on it, and the screen that covers the heat vents (and that we paid extra for) was missing. Overall, I wish we had shopped around more at other dealers and hadnt bought it here.

Man where do I startlike everything else some hiccups are to be expected. Purchased an RV at a location in Texas and picked it up in their Scottsville location. Even though I was just picking up from them, they still treated me like family. Everyone was so kind and CARING. I was a first time RVr and these guys went far and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assured. Ran into some issues from the TEXAS Blue Compass and Jordan and his team picked up the slack without hesitation. When we forgot a part THRISHA AND NOEL where rockstars man, they rectified the issue in a heartbeat had the part the next day. As a rookie in this world they didnt try and sell me everything in the books. Noel was super honest and sold me only the stuff I really needed while suggesting and offering advice for future parts. Everyone in the store didnt stop wishing me safe travels. Im telling you they actually CARE. When I called Trisha back she asked how was my trip and how far I made it. These guys treat you like family. Everyone from Will to the other techs, the front staff to the clerk, yall deserve the best man you guys are awesome. Wish we would have purchased here.
