Let me start by saying that my decision to bring our family van to Jimmy's was based on the reviews on here. Brought the van for much needed timing belt/water pump preventative maintenance. As the day progressed, I called and asked if it would be ready for pick up to which Beau confirmed it would. When I go there at 4:05 pm I was told that it might not happen that day as they were sent the wrong belt. To the point here, Jimmy personally drove to Nashville to get the right belt which in turn put the job behind for a couple of hours. Jimmy said it could be pushing it considering the shop is supposed to close at 5:00pm. I told him I would wait as it's our only means of transportation. The mechanic stayed over and finished the job and was handed the van back around 5:45pm. Dedication to customer satisfaction at its finest was shown. Recommend and will return.

We found this place on a farmers recommendation while sitting at the Ford dealership who told us literally good luck, we cant help you! The farmer (who sadly we didnt get his name)overheard came over and told us not to fret, go to Jimmys he can help you! So we went straight there spoke with Beau who was the most kind by listening to our story and what we needed for the transmission. He checked on the parts and they were definitely able to help and without getting a new Transmission like Ford Stated at over $7000. We were overjoyed that something could be done and that we didnt now own a $11,000 dollar paper weight, as our daughters car is not paid off yet. They had the car for a week but kept us informed. We picked it up and a panel was open. We let them know and they came straight out and closed it for us and we have not had any issues since. Our daughters car is fixed and with a warranty. We are very grateful to the Farmer, and the entire shop at Jimmys! We drove from Lebanon as no one in Tennessee could look at it that quickly, or do the work. I would definitely go back to them. They were honest, fair in pricing and turn around time was satisfactory. Thank you guys again. Service: Transmission
