I had these guys come out last year to change out some faucets and replace an outdoor spigot. They responded well and did a good job on the faucets. I thought I had found a local outfit that I could trust. The spigot had to be ordered. They cut a hole in my drywall to access it, and said they would call when it came in and change it. Fast forward approximately 10 months later, and I STILL have a hole in my drywall, and have called them several times. Each time, they say they will order it and call me back, and I never hear from them. If they don't want to do it, just be honest say so. Being unreliable is not a good look for a business, especially with your local customers.

They came quick and saved us a lot of money by repairing out water heater instead of replacing it.
