Orthopedics Plus Physical Therapy

Everyone at this therapy clinic is amazing! I started with Dr. Nick in Sept after a new diagnosis of left hip arthritis. The time and attention that Dr. Nick (DPT) provided was exceptional! I was truly impressed with how the therapy, including the home exercises were tailored specifically for me. Before having my hip replacement, I'd feel great during therapy and immediately after but that euphoria didn't last. The pain would return. Initially, I was hoping that therapy would prevent or prolong my need for surgery. Later, I realized that it was only placing a bandaid on a gushing wound. Fast forward to the week after surgery and the next month or so. Dr. Nick found my most important deficiencies and worked on those first since I'd only have my daughter at home to help. Once we both felt that I was safe with those exercises, he moved on to exercises that would help me complete a day in the life of a nurse. I truly felt like he was my #1 cheerleader! I can't express my gratitude enough but I'll try by continuing to supply the clinic with organic, farm fresh, free-ranged, eggs until they all start to cluck!

You asked me to pay you and I didn’t. Hard times with the pandemic and being medically ill. You then sought an attorney to serve me with paperwork. I went to the law office to pay them in full. As I leaving I called Michelle Miller of Hodges and Adams a name. She jumped on my back and pushed me against a wall. Hurting my head in the process. I am filing charges. I would have gone to your medical center for my injury but I am afraid of ending up in the exact same position I just paid(and was assaulted ultimately) to get out of. My family and I are going to be selling our home and leaving this area. We have zero confidence in your services and if we have to pay more to live near a hospital/rehab center that treats us well then that is what we will do. You will be getting a copy of the receipt showing payment in full every day until it is removed from my credit report. I will also be writing your directors every day regarding this situation. Your billing practices are some of the worst in the country and I will Be shining a light on that.
