Jan messed my wife's business taxes up and caused her business to be in bad standing with the state which is going to cost us money in fees also Jan doesnt make herself availabile during the off season which caused my wife to have to find someone else to fix the mess. Edited to add, my wife did leave a message on your voicemail and also a message on FB. A 725 form needed to be file for her LLC, this form was not mentioned or included. It's okay to make mistakes but not being available or is not.

The experience we had is noteworthy if you want things done right. How many times have you filed taxes and the preparer don't even give you a copy of your return. For me, bever until this. Never again. No one is there half the time to help you if you need it. And its never their fault, always your fault. Is this really a business? Wow!

I was thrilled to help my client get his taxes completed! Tooknmine in as well last week, circumstances couldn't get there till this past Monday! Can't reach anyone, no ones there!
