WORST DR zeller And office manager!. I've ever been to, treated us like we're pain pill seeking we were not!! We moved from another state. Had our medical records misdiagnosed My husband!, wrote stuff down on his chart That was untrue diagnoses that is! just to over bill. My insurance and make my husband pay a bill for inadequate medical care. Do not go here TERRIBLE place!! God is my witness This is the truth. He has an attitude and should not be practicing medicine.

Doctors are great but the front staff is a joke. They are rude and hateful and you have to set and listen to their gossip and personal lives while you set an hour past your appointment time and are then made to feel like your bothering them . . One long blonde headed girl on the childrens side is the only one worth having. The rest literally make you want to Find a new doctor.

Literally the worest practice. I could cry writing this. Ive had problems with the staff for years but I loved the doctor dr. bertsch so I put up with the bull from the staff. Recently my boy was in vandy, after fall break he started school but has been diagnosed with alpha gal school told me he needed an epi pen so I called the office and did what bertsch told me to everytime Ive brough up how awful and rude the staff is. I asked for her nurse I got hung up on multiple times. I work for a doctor I had the phone on speaker so she could hear it was very obvious they kept hanging up. The last time I called I waited almost 7 mins with the girl coming back saying it will be just a moment then continues to hang up on me. I will be switching my children and never going back to this office Ill miss the doctor but Id rather not deal with rude staff especially after bringing it to the doctors attention multiple times and we are ones who rarely go to the doctor unless its completely necessary.
