The Richmond Tire Discounters team did a terrific job replacing the defective tire pressure sensor in our Toyota Avalon. I stopped by Saturday afternoon for them to test out the sensor. Sean and the team confirmed it was bad. They scheduled me to return Monday so they could replace the sensor quickly before I had to drive to Knoxville. When I arrived on Monday the team got me checked in and made the repair quickly. Sean and the entire team at the Richmond TD are always very professional and genuinely concerned with taking excellent care of every customer. I am glad they let my family be a part of their customer base.

I've been here about 4 times in the last 2 months dealing with tire issues (not caused by TD) and they've been great to work with. Austin has been helpful with everything. Definitely recommend these guys.
