I am very pleased with this pool company compared to the others. They are thorough and much better on chemical prices etc. The two guys closing pool today were very nice!

Sent an item in to this establishment for service! Was told it would take a few days to get it diagnosed! Kept calling to get updates and was told the same thing over and over! I started checking it but we have been busy, I will let you know tomorrow After that I waited a few more days and called again. An associate said that the man in charge was busy and he would call me back! Guess what , no one called back! We picked up our item after almost two weeks without even a diagnosis! This is how you loose customers! Terrible service and lack of communication! I guess people just dont care anymore! Wont be back again!

Great staff, friendly and happy to help, professional pool people, lots of pool products, anything and everything you need, and good pricing. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend.

True Blue is a the best pool company in the city.
1. The staff is polite and very knowledgeable. 2. The 2 owners are the best.
3. They do not sell
you stuff you do not need.
4. The crews that service our pools is the best in Lexington.
4. They do not show up late nor smoking on the job.
I love this company. Wish I had known about them 4 years ago. Would have saved me tons of money of damaged equipment. The open and close my pools and I know they did it correctly. 5+ Stars!!!
