A husband and I met Robin when my husbands mother passed away suddenly. Robin was fantastic during this difficult time, helping us navigate everything since we live out of state. Robin was our boots on the ground, organizing everything that need to be done to get the house ready to sell. Putting us in touch with an auctioneer, a cleaning lady, to name a few. Robin walked us through the entire process like we were her only concern. I can truly say I dont know how we wouldve made it through this without her and her team. Tricia helped us find a great home! But more impressively Tricia and Robin helped us to get the maximum out of the home warranty the sellers had bought for us when we had a problem with our HVAC (we knew it was really odd when we bought the house). The did this 7 months after we bought our house!! They are a great resource before and after purchasing a home!!!
