if i could give -5 stars i would, its good if you need a roof over your head but the communication between employees and tenants is horrible. ive been lied to left and right and on a wild goose chase trying to have issues resolved. i feel utterly disrespected and when i ask to speak to someone else i was ignored. absolutely horrible and unprofessional. there needs to be new management.

Decided to make all payments online and did not inform tenants it would be 18 dollar fee to pay them for rent. It isnt in the current lease and no one was informed. This has to be illegal!!

Best landlords I've had. Very reasonable, clean, nice properties. The ladies in the office are a delight to work with and always have smiles on their faces. Anytime anything goes wrong(which is rare) they are always quick to get it fixed. I have rented from them for years and have no plans on leaving.
