Amazing, compassionate, They make you feel like family. I've been going here over a year Now. And they have treated me.
The same way since the first day I walked in there. They care about people they don't treat you like your addict, They treat you with the upmost respect. Dr.Nugent, Lewis, Kay and the other staff are just completely . Thank you all for the absolute best care I have ever gotten. I do not know where I would be without you. Lewis will make you laugh no matter what kind of day you're having. I would give them ten stars if I could. If you need help I recommend this place .

I have been to 3 different clinic for my subutex and DeNova beats them all hands down. This is the only place that honestly don't judge and really and truly care about your recovery and out of all the clinics I've been to DeNova is the only place that would take their lunch break and come to my great grandson funeral. All the other clinic acted like it was a job to them and show no concern about you, one of then ever put you down and made you feel less than. I love DeNova and all the people that works there!!

My boyfriend and I have been going here for awhile now we really love this place top notch service it couldn't get no better then this so I promise if your out there struggling with addiction please don't be afraid to ask someone for help we was but now this place is like our family they love us back to life not to death we. Thanks to all staff members who make it possible for me and Josh to keep moving forward not backwards we love y'all

They're incredibly welcoming. Even when it was temporarily thought that my appointment wasn't set properly, they did not turn me away...even with a full house (we ultimately found my set appointment after that gesture). While I sat in the waiting room, other patients mentioned to me that this place was top notch. It can sometimes feel like a full-time job going to these places, but they keep you for the proper allotment of time.
It's very common in these types of facilities to feel like you're being judged just for being there, or at the very least get a dirty look or two. Here though? You get a smile, a pat on the back, and some worthwhile encouragement. They are receptive, and they most importantly listen to you. I never once felt anxious or regretful for being there. Instead, I felt safe. If you're reading this, and you can empathize with the journey it takes to get to a place like this, just know that you're in the best of hands at DeNova.
