Unfortunately this business is not one that I would recommend if you are looking for reliable customer service. We've been attempting to resolve an issue for a client for several weeks with no response from the business (despite outreach via phone, email, and Facebook Messenger - they left us on read).
I would recommend working with Websavers.ca - a hosting and domain provider that works tirelessly to support customers and help them when issues arise. We're attempting to transfer a domain name away from Zinganet to Websavers, but Zinganet refuses to respond to requests for support or to release the domain name for my client.

Their Vice President mocks people for their appearance by fat shaming and is extremely unprofessional.
Stay as far away from this business if possible.
