Would not recommend after being excited to find a handy man it was all shoddy work and had to be tore back out. Unprofessional, poor communication and doesn't do the work promised.

I was really excited to reach out to this company based on reviews. However, my experience was nothing like the five star reviews I see. After reaching out, my husband and I waited two weeks or more before we received a response. That already had us thinking this probably wasnt the team for us. Reluctantly, we still set up a time for Rich to come out and give us a quote. That time (Noon on the 27th) came and went and we heard nothing. Forty five minutes passed and my husband decided to call to see what the deal was. We were told he was just about to call us and proceeded to tell us how he woke up late, his truck was broken down, and he had another appointment to go to. We currently live over an hour away from the home we purchased, and it ended up being a wasted trip. Not a good look for a contractor to be late, not communicative about whats going on, and then full of excuses. We chose to go elsewhere to spend our money.
