      image I have been to the Circle K in Berea KY and Richmond KY and neither has the Easy pay cards. They advertise the gas prices.10 cents cheaper if you pay with Easy care but they have no cards to sign up with. They say oh we just ran out. You have to go on-line and wait a month before you get the card.
