    I had the best home buying experience one could ask for. Danni and Her team were their for everything. Always on time to answer any questions I had. Danni made my experience stress and worry free. She knew all the material and the insides and outs of The houses. I toured Nicholasville looking for a new home. I stumbled upon Eastgate and James Monroe homes. I fell in love with the quality and craftmanship of the houses. A house is a house but getting a feel of these houses made it feel like home for me. If anyone is looking to buy a home ask for Danni Napoli! she will set you in the right direction.

    If there was an option for a quarter star, that's what they would have from me. They lack attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service. So, I'm about to have my 12 month walk thru and I had 2 Richmond County building inspectors come by to look at some issues with my deck. Only to find out I never had a building final/occupancy permit. Also, they informed me my deck will not pass. My experience began with JMH building the wrong house for several weeks after I made my selections. I kept telling them something was wrong, but nobody would meet me and my realtor at the house to discuss issues. Finally, the put a halt to construction and I was informed by JM that he never told his project manager the home was under contract and he continued building the spec home. We worked it out and my house closed 2 weeks later than originally planned. Not a huge deal. Several items were identified on the pre-close walk-down that were never fixed. These items were then added to the 30-day punch list, some of which still never addressed. Too many cosmetic items to list, but a few of my biggest complaints are: still missing a mirror in my basement bathroom, I had a broken fan cover and my master bath for over 6 months, railing and post on my front porch were never stained to match my garage door per the design notes and upgrade I paid, I paid for a raydon system that I don't have/or don't have access to (still waiting for them to show me where my money went), my front door and 2 story foyer window are not centered in the space, but the light fixture is, I had a leak from the overflow drain in the upstairs bath, which I told them about and the plumber claimed he couldn't find the leak. I had to send a video of the water flowing from my ceiling before the would come back, had a leak in my back door,.. the list goes on. Everything was an "upgrade", so beware. you'll pay extra for everything that you'd think would be standard in a 400k home. PM me for more details if you so desire.
