Was building my son a gaming PC. Got to a point where I could no longer troubleshoot the issue myself. Contacted PC Tech and they let me drop it off that afternoon. Got a call the next day explaining my CPU wasn't working and how to proceed. Picked up my comp and he didn't even charge me. Appreciate the customer service and support.

Had my PC stop working unexpectedly. Reached out to Mukesh on a Sunday evening and he got back to me that night to bring it in the next morning. Hes extremely responsive and will get your PC back up-and-running. Will be taking it back to PC Tech if any other issues come up!

PC tech was transparent about entire repair process. Ordered parts quickly and repaired my phone faster than I could. Will recommend and go to again.
