Nice place to live in so far I cant complain they keep up with everything even with maintenance!

It has been a few weeks since I've submitted my maintenance request regarding the air filter in my apartment. I've spoken with maintenance twice and nothing has been done. I've made a trip to the front office to inquire about whether or not I need an air filter replaced. We haven't had it replaced since I've moved in and it's been several months. I've called the so-called head of maintenance and no answer. I just need to know if I need to replace it myself or have them replace it and I keep getting the runaround. It's very frustrating.

I love the apartment. Its very open and has updated appliances. It is a bit pricey but it seems like every apartment complex has raised their prices. My only complaint is we have the most disrespectful neighbors Ive ever had. They are constantly having parties with loud music and large groups that take up parking. We have spoke with them and the property manager and nothing has changed. If they dont do something, we will be moving out. This is not the quite community it is advertised to be.

Very nice apts. I do get lost in trying to find the apt I am looking for but it looks to have a pool and is very well maintained and looks clean. The apartment I was in was very open and spacious. The location is just right for quick access to almost anywhere in Richmond and is in a country style setting/area. Rent is reasonable I am not sure what utilities that are included or not included. I'd say check it out if you are looking for a nice quiet, affordable neighborhood. I wrote this post when a family member moved in. Now I am editing because they had to move out because everything in the apartment started growing mold, maybe some extra checks should be made before moving in, especially if you have allergies. Hate to even say this because it is a very nice community and other than the mold and rent going up this place is great.
