Miller & Durham

Spoke with Mr Durham would not listen to anything I was saying and wouldnt let me articulate anything I wanted and start the phone call very arrogant and only wanted to assume whats going on. Then took a phone call in the middle of my consultation. Bottom line rude and arrogant.

Mr Durham is extremely unprofessional. Hes supposed to be standing in for my hired attorney Mr. Miller who is on vacation and when I was attempting to ask questions about my case, he kept saying I dont know or interrupting me when trying to speak. When I asked who I needed to send my files to, he just kept going on saying that I didnt hire him to be a complaints department. This has put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I have court in an hour with no one giving me the help I paid for. EDIT: Just got a call back from Mr. Miller about this review. Instead of reaching out to apologize for the actions of his partner, he decided to make a claim of me attacking his business when in reality I was expressing my concerns about being yelled at and being made to feel as if paying them gave them the right to talk to me sideways. As a person who has been in the customer service field for years, the treatment I was receiving was unacceptable. He did however state I would receive a full refund of the money I paid.

Arrogance draped in anti-veteran sentiment. Would not recommend. Went in for a consult and had to listen to the old guy talk mad trash about disabled veterans. Pretty ballsy for a military town lawyer. Will not use him after that.

Paid them $1000 to make a few phone calls and haven't heard from them since.

Very informative Mr. Durham is more on giving you a lengthy history lesson and chiding you for interrupting his dialogue. I dont need faith based questions either! Im sure he is a good attorney but I had to decipher what I needed as far as advice it was a free consultation and I do respect and appreciate the time I just dont like him.
