First and last time at this place. It's way over priced they charge you to play games with your kid each kid has a time limit of 1 hr I guess because it's so small in there the food is way over priced and not good at all ..the teens walk around like security ...like iam not capable of watching mybown kid .. just FYI Malibu Jack's in louisville let's kids in the bounce house all day for 10 bucks ..I payed 40 bucks at blazers and couldn't even (participate) as blazers called it. .don't give these people your money spend the gas money and go somewhere else ..they are rich for a reason...oh and the waver process is ridiculous..none of that needed at Jack's

Way to care about the community, spoke down to my friend while his car was overheating and another friend brought him coolant. Told him break down somewhere else. Frequent flyer who will not be back. Respect works both way.

Owner or whomever the grounds person was is disrespectful and inconsiderate. Ive brought my children here multiple times over several years. I overheated and was waiting for coolant to be brought to me so I could leave and be on my way, but dude refused to hear me and talked over me the entire time. I will never come back.

This place is great! Our daughter had a wonderful time on all the bouncy slides and in the foam pit rock wall. The games are great too. Edit: we've been back about 10 times now and my daughter (5) still loves it. We did their New Years party a few months back and it was a blast. Every kid looked like they were really enjoying themselves. My daughter absolutely tires herself out on all the bouncy equipment - she doesn't argue about taking a nap once we get home. Entry is free for adults (unless you're going on the equipment). The food is pretty good, they serve drinks, and nothing is really expensive or overpriced. Make sure to try and arrive close to the hour since playtime pricing starts on the hour.
