I just want say my Husband came to KFC last night and had to wait 20min for Mac and Cheese. But wait this review will be good not sure of the young man's name at window but he was wonderful upgraded are drinks for the wait and made it a great experience. I remember 8yrs ago that KFC was Garbage no one wait on you. Glad you have a new Staff. Cause who ever the young man was last night on 4/28/22 showed amazing customer service . Thank you good Sir!!! Only had extra crispy chicken! No chicken legs, no tenders, had to wait 15 minutes. Service was good food wasn't that good. I don't know why they wouldn't just make some more chicken. That's just not right that ppl don't want to make food bc of closing time in an hour and half, I hate that and this KFC is that type of place! They would rather tell you they're out of chicken rather than make some more bc they want to hurry up and go home!

Drive thru visit Sunday night around 9:15, the girl from the moment she spoke to take order she was above and beyond very very sweet! We pulled up to the window she greeted us and had a big smile and got our oder to us quickly. I asked her name and complimented her because friendly service is rare and even more rare since the pandemic. I hope she is very appreciated for the great work she does! Thank you, her name was Shayla. I'm so impressed and I will only visit this location now bc of her!

Terrible service thru drive in. I dont blame employees but I do blame the management for not having enough employees. No excuses. It took at least 1 hr. to order and get food. I was told there was a $120.00 order. I guess everybody else has to wait for their food. We cant fill multiple orders at this location, not capable.
