    Called Elliott HVAC service at 1:15 pm tech was at our house by 3:15 pm then replaced motor, pump, etc heat was back on before 5:00 pm. Reasonable pricing with A+ service could not of been more impressed. Very much appreciated

    I called and for ac service on July 30, 2022. A gentleman came out that day and inspected the unit and determined the compressor was out. I was told that his boss would call me the next day with an estimate for a new compressor and a new unit, as the one we have was older. I was charged $135.00 for this call. Well then, the flooding started in the area, so I did not get a call the next day and I did not expect one. I waited 2-3 weeks and called them back to get my quote. I was told that the person I needed to speak with was out of the office, so I left my name, my number, the order number from my receipt, and why I was calling. I received no call back. I called again the following week with the same results. This went on for several more weeks with multiple calls. I was told maybe to call earlier in the morning before the person left. This did not work either. I gave up on them and had someone else replace my unit. I have still never received a call back as of 10/26/2022 and feel I just wasted $135.00 to be told my compressor was out. Service: A/C services

Since the flooding disasters, we have been overwhelmed with service calls and hvac estimates, for both customers and FEMA, across multiple counties.In regards to cost of our service diagnostic charge, your residence is nearly an hour and a half from our office. The distance traveled by our technician is factored in diagnostic fees.Please feel free to give us a call if there's anything you may need and we'd be more than happy to help you anyway we can.Thank you
